Project highlight: digital government community-building and outreach

This paper outlines briefly the Digital Government Research Center‘s work to build partnerships and foster collaboration among academic researchers and government IT stakeholders under NSF Digital Government grants, and to increase public awareness and understanding of the Digital Government research field during 2004 and early 2005.
